Navigating Life's Transitions: Understanding Burnout in Women

June 11-14, 2026 | Leavenworth, WA

Life as a woman is defined by transitions—adolescence, motherhood, career shifts, perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. Each phase brings new responsibilities, expectations, and hormonal shifts that can challenge even the most resilient among us. Many women arrive at their provider describing the same feeling: "I'm exhausted, I don't feel like myself, but I can't slow down."

Harmony in Motion's Women's Wellness Retreat will focus on "Navigating Life's Transitions: Understanding Burnout in Women". This weekend is designed to help you understand what's happening in your body and mind, so you can make empowered choices for your health and well-being.

This 4-day retreat provides an opportunity to enjoy a retreat specifically designed for women. Led by Medical Specialist Haley Scellick, ARNP, Behavior Specialist Erika Zink, and Movement Specialist Leah Ross, this seminar will answer questions and provide resources, solutions, support and encouragement to help you feel confident.
