Current: Women's Wellness & Movement Series
Harmony In Motion's "Women's Wellness & Movement Series" is a supportive 60-minute class series. There are four total sessions, but each class stands alone. Each session includes an educational topic, movement exercises and practical guidance to help you integrate what you learn into your daily life.
The goal is to provide support, guidance and tools for you to feel grounded, informed and energized to tackle the changes and transitions of life.
Class 1: Introduction to Women's Wellness & Movement
This one-hour experience will help you recognize and understand the symptoms of burnout and overstimulation. Medical insight will be supported with movement and breathwork to comfort your symptoms, and behavioral strategies to integrate effective habits into your daily life.

Chronic stress affects more than just one hormone. This workshop breaks down those connections and introduces stabilizing movements focused on blood sugar balance, plus mindful movement to support muscles and metabolism. Leave with ways to integrate hormone awareness into daily habits.

When you're burned out, pushing harder isn't the answer-high-intensity movement can drain you further. This session shows how to shift toward gentle strength, mobility, and restorative movement to rebuild energy, release guilt around rest, and create a flexible, compassionate approach to exercise that actually supports your recovery.

This workshop explores how nervous system regulation, mitochondrial support, and true rest restore emotional clarity and resilience. Through grounding & restorative movement, you'll cultivate presence, calm, and a deeper connection-then reconnect with your identity and purpose.
